Question about copyright?!?!

I have been posting campaign play through of Halo 4 and Black Ops 2. I know I am technically infringing on copyright (like the millions of others) but what I don't understand is why 2 of the videos (one of Black Ops 2 and one from Halo 4) have "matched third party content" under the title in my upload page. This is what it says if you click the text:
Your video is still available worldwide. In some cases ads may appear next to your video. Please note that the video's status can change, if the policies chosen by the content owners change. Learn more about copyright on YouTube.
This claim does not affect your account status.

Note that I DO NOT have monetizing on. What exactly does this mean? Do I have strikes? Or are they just videos of interest for copyright infringement? I'm confused....and new to this.

It means that the companies that own the content dont care enough to take the videos down because technically you are promoting their games but they want to make money from it so they will place ads on those videos that match their content dont worry your account is fine.

To see if you're in "good standings" with copyright guidelines, go to account settings->Overview.

It's nothing big, I have a few of those. They just place ads on the video and that's it.

I've got Blops 2 gameplay on my channel and monetisation enabled on said videos, and I didn't get any of that "matched third party content" stuff, so it seems like it might be a thing that happens if you DONT have monetisation enable. It sounds weird I know

I know I wrote this in the other thread but I suggest you act quickly...

Your Adwords account will get shut down and a copyright strike added for monetizing content that you do not own and do not have the permission to do so.
