Question about Applying for MCNs

So I have a question:

I've been attempting to apply at this one MCN for a little over a month now. I qualify for their minimum requirements that they want for a network. However, I haven't heard back from them since I applied end of September. Is it ok for me to search for another MCN to apply for if I don't hear from them after too long?

You can apply for as many as you like, an application is not a commitment, spread the net wide. Once you sign a contract you will be locked into that network for however long specified or if they have a clause for early annulment.

All of the ones I'm looking for have a cancel at anytime clause. I'm not too worried about that if I find the right one though.
