I'm new here. Started posting vids on YT to share with friends and fam. Just have several vids up at this point. Its a hobby.
My Query: When I'm at the Youtube "Channel content" and I look at the video details of some of my 4K videos, I can see that an uploaded video has successfully processed to SD, HD, and apparently 4K, however, the 4K icon is gently pulsing... that is, fading back and forth from black to gray and then to black etc. Other 4K vids are not pulsing.
Do you know what that means?
