If I make a shorter version of the previous video. Will the watched hours from it count towards my hours to get monetised?
The reason I asked this question is that I saw somewhere that someone had uploaded a previous video again and U-tube wouldn't put the watch time of that video towards his monetisation.
Any help on this would be great. Thank you in advance.
