I second the recommendation to turn on two-step authentication! Your google account has so much info on it these days (especially if you have your channel tied to your main email) and if someone gets in they could possibly change all your passwords and get into your bank account. Not to mention that losing your channel just plain sucks. Especially if you have put a ton of work into it! I have a friend who can't get back her youtube channel and it really sucks
