Would love to get a OREI, but don't wanna spend $100 on a hdmi splitter when in a month or so Sony will unlock this feature .

I would say just wait till you can use your capture card in a few months or use the share function.

Play 14 minutes.
Press the share button.
Use a facebook downloader to download the video.
Delete the video from facebook.
Edit/add commentary.
Upload to youtube.

Quality takes a major dip. 540P and poor bit rate.

Not to mention it's pretty difficult to know when you are actually recording at times.

No way Im putting a YT video up in anything less than HD. Plus, I dont have facebook, and dont want one lol.

Getting back on topic, are there any splitters than bypass HDCP that are way less than $100?

Doesn't look that bad, does it?
Yes this was done by the facebook way.

And you always record the last 15 minutes I think, so you need to keep track every 15 minutes, but if you want to start now this could be a try. If it doesn't work just wait till they update it so you can use your capture card.

When the PS4's major viewership right now is focused on how technically impressive the console is. I'd say that it is not acceptable, at least for what I'd like to upload.

I've always thought that HDCP doesn't exist on DVI. A converter of sorts is probably your safest bet.

I can't find the orei hd-102 anywhere. Sold out everywhere. Would the orei hd-104 work? Looks like its basically the same thing but with 4 out ports instead of 2? Or would you recommend a different brand? I don't want to order one and it not bypass it and be a waste.
