PS3 , Red Light :(

Today is a sad day , a very sad day!
The 40gb fat model ps3 has has a problem!
The problem that it has it of course that a red light is blinking on the ps3!

If anyone has anyway of helping this poor creature please feel free to say it now!
Also it trys to turn on but after a few secs it turns off and the red light starts blinking!

Got a PC , had the ps3 for a good 6 yrs anyway! Need to have some sort of funeral for it as it is sort of part of the family now.

It should but mine flash's red light and when you turn it on it just turns off!

So,what was that about the ps3 never getting a red light of death sony fans?...
kidding kidding. still if i remember,i think(emphasis on THINK) it may have something to do with a error involving the processor being able to load the OS. have you tried calling sony about this? because this sounds really odd.

Yea , but they were no help something about sending it in with like £200 charge!
In that case i am just going to buy the PS4 when it comes out!

It should but mine flash's red light and when you turn it on it just turns off!

I have that when my ps3 get's stuck. When playing a game sometime the game freezes and then you will see the red light flash.
