Project that will take a while, do i upload crappy vids?

Hi guys, working on a video that's going to be a lot more work than my other ones, which means i wont have any/as much time to do other videos if i wan't to complete it in the near future.

So i would like to ask, do you think it would be a good idea to do small, easy to make vids in between to keep my channel active. Or just work on this one video so i can upload it a bit faster?
 
If i were you i would make several videos ready to upload as your normally do, but instead you just make them in advance.

then you have time to only work on your project :)
 
I think you should take your time and don't worry.
I don't have a strict set schedule to upload and create, but I try to just watch over the flaws and tweak them as much as possible :)
 
Maybe make a video so your subscribers (and anyone visiting) know you're working on something big. Then try to upload little somethings here and there. That way you haven't just disappeared or changed without telling them something.
 
Yea i've decided i'm just gona do a few 1 minute shorts every day or 2 just to keep active till my project is finished
