No software can do that, because video ranking is based on number of views, viewer retention, ratings and comments. Without botting (don't do that) there is no simple way.

How are his stats unrealistic?

23K subs with 300K views is pretty impressive, I've just never seen sometime like it before. Most channels I subscribe to/have seen have 20K+ subs in their millions.
