Problems with Video and Audio editing

So I recorded some gameplay and the audio was out of sync found a second video that I exported that wasn't out of sync and put it into my editing software (shotcut) and when I did my live commentary was almost unable to hear has anyone else had this problem and or have a solution

To ensure that audio and video are in sync, the FPS that you used in your screen recording software has to match the FPS that you use in your editing software when you create the final file. If they are not the same, the audio will be out of sync. :)
 
so ive figured out the desync problem apperntly using the mp4 export is a no no but I still have the issue of in the TS file I can hear my commentary but in the editor I cant
