Private videos..help?

Hey

I am wondering if when you upload a video and put it in private since you don't want them see it yet and say change it to public in like 5 days will the video show up in youtube subscription and feed still when it been changed or will they not see it and have to search to see it?

It shows up immediately from what I've seen on my own channel, I usually upload a few days before I make it public and it starts getting views and comments.

The only difference between private and public videos is that everyone can see a public video but private videos only you can see and anyone you send the link to. Basically there will be no difference once you make the video public.

I know that partnered YouTubers can actually set a schedule for their videos to upload to and they will work in that format and 'pop-up' in people's subscription boxes when it is set to... however, I'm not too sure about privating/unlisting/publicising the videos... Idk if it pops up in the sub boxes when you change its format :/ hope this helps anyway
