Not too sure what you're asking here.. but if YOU want to do SMP you're mean't to be the one in control and that owns and pays for the server. I would just find a free online server or host the server on your computer.

you don't actually need to program Hamachi's
all you have to do it log everyone into the room and then all use the IP that the server/computer is running on.
