Primer time earnings -algorithm decision

I Love YTtalk
Sometimes the algorithm leaves the prime time earnings and sometime it takes them away. As a result the earnings vary a lot.

Anybody knows what makes the algorithm to leave or to take away the earnings and is there any way to influence its decisions in the "right" direction? :)
