well basically, i need to make 500 youtube monies until i feel my fans deserve me spending 250 dollars on a prank, its very simple and IMMEDIATELY effective, you may not steal(not saying i can stop you, but come on -_-), you may do the idea and give me credit.
Basically i will just go through the day for no more than 3 hours, with this on and have someone tape people's reactions. Im talking the train, the library and on the street(I will be asking people for directions) and at some point im just gonna stand in the middle of the street and glare at people, then slowly walk towards them.
