Power Supply Question

Posting Mad!
So recently I got my Corsair CX600 and am wondering what would be more efficient.

1. Fan pointing up
2. Fan pointing down

(It's a bottom mounted case)

The main fan of a power supply draws air in, so if you have a vent on the bottom of your case that will feed clean air into your power supply fan, then point it down so you get clean air from outside the case. Otherwise it will get the already heated air from the inside of your computer case.

I'm pointing my psu downward and oh boy how hard it is to clean that. And it's much easier for the cables to put in the back of the case when it's downward anyway.

Mines pointing up but my case doesnt have any vent at the bottom, I cant say I have seen one before like that.

Okay, thanks everyone! I mounted mine facing down so I guess I'll keep it like that. Although should I have the filter on the inside of the case or the outside of the case? The outside would be easier to clean but won't get as much I'm guessing. :)

I probably would have it on the inside myself, what case do you have?
