If youre looking to find things to talk about I would talk about things that are trending currently, you can use Google Trends:
http://www.google.com/trends/
http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/trending-now/
And there is likely other sites you can find out whats currently trending, research into it, share your thoughts on it etc obviously look for things to talk about youre interested in and your subscribers might be.

Talk about any old random s**t, but make sure your title is provocative, something like "OMG MASSIVE BOOBS". Works every time.

As for the question, I agree with the others. Talk about your life! If it "isn't interesting enough" as some people might say, now you've got a great excuse to do some crazy things for the camera.
