Hello.

I have recorded a series of a funmade pokemon game called POKEMON TD

If i start the series on my channel can Nintendo copyright and remove it? Its not their game and i put copyright free music. Also if i put on title pokemon would they see from there?
 
I've honestly never had trouble with Nintendo removing my videos, and while some people have had concerns with that, Nintendo only turns off your monetisation and CLAIMS your video, but they won't strike you or remove it.
 
I hope this is true. Had a real Pokemon series a year ago but stopped it because heard about all these strikes closing channels. Maybe they realized their mistake and now just do what you said.
 
I have like 95% Nintendo videos, and they have never removed a single one.
They only claim it for ad revenue.

I'm not sure about Pokémon, though, since that's Pokémon Company's game.
 
I have pokemon on my channel never had gotten a claim neither a strike from them :) Only claims I have is on Zelda games.
 
I heard somewhere that the music may get you a copyright notice ?
However I don't upload any pokemon games so it's just hearsay :p
 
What claims on the ad revenue do they get? Is it if you use images or actually putting up the actual games?
