Poem Conceptualise Help

I am making a dance video based on the poem Liminality by Neil Hilborn. I'm currently deconstructing the poem line by line, conceptualising it and turning it in to abstract imagery. The plan is to film it underwater / give the impression of being underwater. I would like to hear some of your ideas on the poem and what it means and if any visual imagery comes to mind at any particularly line or the entire poem, if any of you have time and are interested? I just think it would be interesting to see others perspectives on it and whether you follow similar visions as me and my other film makers or not. A glimpse into the opinions from what might be my future audience :) thankies guys if you do it will help my research into it before the shoot commences!

Wow ur idea is simply amazing, well I do write poems and compose lyrics sometimes, ur idea is brilliant. Underwater touch will be eye catchy concept. All the best for ur video :)

Thank you so much! It's going to be a tough one but with a lot of work hopefully we can pull it off okay! It'll be our first time filming underwater if we do so...haha we're looking into scuba diving lessons and everything! Your luck is much appreciated :) if you have any thoughts on the poem it'd be nice to hear them :)

What kind of thoughts?

Like what you get from it? Your interpretation of what happens and why? Any feelings it gives you? Anything that pops into your mind when reading / listening to it

When i read any poem, i visualize the scenes, I feel the connection of poems into my life, i try to relate the stanzas with my life.

Just listen to the poem on youtube and man that guy's good.
I guess around the time when he describes your childhood I would recommend a change of scenery and get a young actor (probably a sibling or someone) to take that role and dance for a little bit.
anyways good luck with the video it sounds like a great idea. :)
