You could use some work on your commentary and audio quality. Video quality is alright. Icon is pretty good, but you could have a much better banner (just play around with a template in photoshop). Layout is pretty good, but once you have more videos, feature some playlists or a trailer. The thumbnails could use a lot of work, but like I said before, just play around with them in photoshop. Also, try working on your editing, your webcam cut out a few times on your FNAF videos, and you can edit out boring parts of gameplay or when there is no commentary. Just keep working at it!
