Hello everyone, I just created my first video on YouTube together with my 11 year old son and 9 year old daughter. Everybody is shot on iPhone7 and using iMovie. Will need advice on how to improve our videos to.

They would appreciate it so much. We have been learning together and it has been great!

Thanks in advance!

The content is good i just feel like the video editing part could be worked on! if you can learn how to do some edits or funny sound effects it would make it more enjoyable for the viewer that is of course if you are trying to make them laugh!

I feel like your cuts are holding you back. You do one cut per type but I think it would help if you cut in between also. Like instead of panning from face to the screen, you record the screen and face separately and then later on cut them together because there is really no need for the panning motion. Also, if you record the screen, you could just add that in so you'd just have the face and the gameplay which is good in itself. I guess it just gets better with time

Tks Slyke Jets! You have no idea how much ur feedback is appreciated! i have only used iMovie for the first two videos....i just tried Premiere Pro...it is a lot more complicated than I realised. My last video is my first attempt on Premiere Pro.

I use premiere but that takes a while to get used to, it might seem intimidating at first but it is actually pretty easy to do basic stuff in and then you can just learn with time.

Your kids enthusiasm made the video so fun to watch! Maybe next time make the background music a little softer so it's not too distracting. :)
