Hey Guys Please help me

okey lets to the point

my premiere pro is frequently had a error when i editing a video in resolusi 1280 x 720 -.-

im using a note book with minimun spec and using adobe premiere pro cs 3

hmmm maybe can i know what a hardware the most influential for editing a video
