My channel ( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6iVMJNyFrykWU7ypBmjOGA ) was recently terminated for unintentionally violating community guidelines (sexual content). I've appealed 3 times, basically explaining that I genuinely sincerely apologise, take accountability and have learned from this mistake. I just want to have a second chance to make things right and will immediately delete any "sexual content" as soon as I can re-access my channel, and this will never ever happen again. When I say "sexual content", pretty much bikini photos and lingerie photos edited in a music video, that's it, which really isn't a big deal, I didn't think personally, especially when they were set to Private videos which means no one else can see them anyways. How it all happened in the first place - I uploaded a sexy video and changed it from Private to Unlisted (anyone with the link can see it) - YouTube immediately removed it and gave me a warning. About 3-4 days later I thought, nah that's bullsh?t, so I went to appeal their decision, except in doing so, it gave them permission to look at ALL my private videos etc, where there were maybe 4 or 5 or 6 other sexy videos. So hopefully that's enough context and nuance to know the big picture of the situation.
I've appealed 3 times, explaining the whole situation and every single time, it's just a copy paste autoresponder rejection email. I've reached out to @teamyoutube on Twitter and they can't or won't help me.
I'm just asking to get put in touch with a human representative so I can explain my side of the story and hopefully finally be given a second chance so I can make things right. I can delete any sexual content videos as soon as I can re-access my channel and this will never ever happen again.
I'm a YouTube premium member and subscribed to thousands of other channels. I just want to be given a second chance and do the right thing going forward.
Since apparently Trusted Flaggers is no longer a thing, I can't exactly go down that route or avenue (cause normally they'd be able the escalate the urgency of your case and make sure the right person will look at your case, and within 24 hours, usually you already have your channel back). I can't go down the route/avenue of so called hackers because because of them are scam artists and full of sh?t.
Please say someone here on this forum/message board is able to help me. I've pretty much exhausted every option. There has to be some way to get my channel back, if I can just speak to an actual human representative at YouTube.
Anyways thanks heaps in advance guys, I really appreciate your help and all that,
Adios amigos,
