Are you recording in 720p or 1080p? If not, that's probably what's going wrong.

i forgot to set it at 720 but i need help fixing it now that its uploaded

Is it recorded in 16:9 widescreen?

Make sure the videos are being recorded/rendered in 16:9. You should be able to change this in your video editor

If it's on YouTube there's nothing you can do.....you have to change it in the video editor like KGATV said.

Yep you'll have to render it again in a 16:9 format and make sure you are using square pixels if you are using something like Premiere pro.
