Please Help "An error occurred" message when trying to log into Maker Max!!!!

Every time i try to sign into maker max, i get the following error"An error occurred", i've tried submitting a support request from this url: max.makerstudios.comsupport.html and I've gotten NO REPLY. I've had this bug since: 2/23. When i submitted the support request at the URL above i never got a conformation email, although i check it was the correct email listed, and also check spam!
Maker Studios, if your reading this PLEASE HOLD UP your end of the contract and allow me access to maker max.
all others please feel free to post about what my next steps should be.
