Alright! So I am doing a school video project for the ending of my Junior year in high school. For one segment of the video we are doing a Mortal Combat- Style fight, and I need to know either how, or someone who know how to make like the health bars for the "fighters" and things like that to go on the screen. If you know how to make them, or know someone who does, please let me know, thanks!!!
 
Check about in mortal combat settings there may be something there? If not just zoom in the footage using an editing software?
 
why don't you just use picture hearts or something like that? rather than a bar that is constantly moving. Would be much easier to do
