Dear Anyone,
Please, help me I can't setup account CMS of youtube, Could tell me about that, How to set up the account associated with youtube account cms. 3 months ago I was using the path: youtube.com/content_id_signup to signup but no one answered me,

Wooo... About 1 year so I was approved for use Content ID program youtube?
There is not the fastest way, or we have to wait, if you have heard of Youtube Partner Manager are invited to link to CMS will be faster, how to contact these people, if anyone in here is the Youtube Partner Manager I invite link sent to CMS, I will pay.

If I'm going to guess I'll say you probably won't be accepted. Partner managers are assigned to you by YouTube, you can't request one or simply contact one. Money won't buy your way into the back-end of YT, sorry.
 
You apply for a Content Owner account via your partner manager or strategist.

Content ID is an addon for the Content Owner which allows for automatic and manual claiming of assets you have exclusive rights over in one or more territory (usually 100+ assets atleast , so most owners of Content ID are big labels and film producers, alot of smaller and ever medium labels get turned down)

@Shane.C you are quite educated on that topic, do you know if YouTube has a minimum length for assets?
For example if someone owns the right to 500 Audio Visual different works all about 10 - 30 seconds long. Would that be enough in the mind of YouTube, what do you think?

Yes but to get out of getting alot of false claims through your assets that short you would probably apply a policy that states that they'd only create an auto match if the match contained 50% or more of the asset etc.
