So I was wondering, what editing software is great for picture in picture? I have tried a few free ones which offer it but the overall program has been lacking, conversely I have tried some great free software which doesn't have the PIP feature. Ideally looking for free software but if push comes to shove will buy software so any and all suggestions welcome.
 
CyberPower Director is the best In my opinion, I use it to edit all of my videos!
 
I use sony vegas, it gives you amazing amounts of flexibility, it takes some time to get used to but once your happy with it, it can work wonders all my editing is done in VEGAS 12 .

This is what I use also and I love it.

It's about 90 USD Also depends on which version you get. I got the Ultra version which is 90 USD

after that Sony Vegas gets to the 600 USD range...

as for free.. the only I know that does some sort of PIP is "Wax" I have never used it before and have read that it is glitchy.
