photoshop problem!

hi, in photoshop cs3 I cant add any text :/ heres a picture. I tried to restart the PC but its still the same. Please help

You checked the programs folder? I don't use photoshop, but it may have something to do with that, if not, try uninstalling it that should work

Rectarise not sure how you spell it but do that to the layer and it should work
