We need to take a stand for what is right, many people who use paypal are being unfairly treated by these companies who will no longer fix their paypal account and send money to its users.

Signing this petition will help us send this off to a solicitary hearing in where they will be able to take legal action against the companies in question. It is a must and we must fight for our right to earn money through OUR Own hard work. They are taking away our money because they cannot be bothered to actually step up their game and fix the issues.

They have stated in clear plain text they will no longer be using paypal. Here is proof

You have no right as a networked channel to a specific payment processor unless it is outlined in your contract. This has about as much legal standing as "No copyright infringement intended".

People signed up under the agreement of this one method, scratching the method because it suits them best is completely unacceptable. Although if it isnt stated in the contract theres not much of a legal standpoint to go by we can still address this issue and unite as a group and expose this company to their true demeaning ways!. If nothing comes by it okay, we will take it on the chin, but people need to stand up for whats right. Its completely unacceptable for a company to feel the need to scratch a VASTLY used payment method in which hundreds of thousands use. Yes there are alternatives but those alternative methods are very limited to which paypal has to offer.

ON another note, were not submitting a request to use this method, they were using this method for years! everyone was fine until the past few months, they removed the method because their account got limited and they are just saying screw everyone else we wont pay you unless you can use our alternative methods that in no way will benefit you. its outrageous
 
@ZookeNetwork Did it ever occur to you that your network may have no choice in this matter? That they are not "refusing to fix it" but that PayPal might have cancelled their account? Also threatening your network is never a good way to deal with them: in fact such practices are considered highly unprofessional and might even get you kicked from the network without any payment at all.

P. S. I didn't sign your petition as I am not with any of those networks.

Although this may be the case, trust me I have constantly dealt with this in a true professional matter, but my professionalism will only go so far, they do not deserve my respect and professional actions when they do not communicate, they do not even tell the partners that there's payment issues, they expect them to automatically know what is happening. I have send over 100emails on the issue, and the most sufficient evidence they gave me to which shows they are not trying anything to resolve it is within this thread, they won't be using it in.near future. Another member of their team a who only manages the partners and pretty much is a pawn in their company said PayPal are not replying to their letters, although this could he the case I highly doubt it due to one of the bosses said otherwise. If PayPal aren't replying phoning them is the best action, we all know how bad PayPal's support is, but I have not yet to be told in anyway that they are even trying, they know the escalation of this issue, they have millions of dollars to send via Paypal, they just don't care, you're always gonna get some who won't be willing to change methods so they're just gonna steal their money, if you haven't heard bad things other than this about that company then you must be looking in the wrong places, this is just one thing amongst many!. I am.very passionate about my partners and when they are looking out In which they rely on this money monthly! It gets me super angry, I care about them like family. I will do anything in my power to get them their money, maybe that's the difference between my network than anyone else's,I'm there to provide the best support for everyone, others just want their money.

Yes, and I am very frustrated on how they are working through this time in need, i care about my partners and want them to receive their money, I am doing this for them and nobody else, ive received my money because i use bank transfer in replacement of paypal but that doesnt mean im going to stop doing what I feel is right because they all deserve to be paid especially in time and with the payment method they registered with, they are all disgusted with this and wish to leave, im going to lose all my partners unless I do something to get this fixed. My main thing will be changing networks, I have signed no contract with iricom which states I have to stay, neither do my partners so by law they are required to leave since no contract was signed that states we must stay for X days.

Im just super frustrated with the lack of effort they put into paying partners
 
I signed the petition as I thank you for sharing that petition with us. I am not going to accept this kind of behavior from a MCN. Our money should be released to us now.
I completely agree, its unacceptable. I have my money but that has no reason why I am doing this, i am doing this to gather everyone together to help fight this joke of an MCN. Its so unfair that they wont pay anyone because paypal limited their account and they dont even want to fix it, if they were trying to fix it i wouldnt care i would wait for you guys to be paid but they are not fixing it, thats the information i got today.

I'd be frustrated too; I think leaving before this has been resolved isn't the answer however. If the network is behaving like this and you or your partners leave on top of that, it may well take that lawsuit you are threatening to get your payment. Please be careful, and I wish all of you luck.

thank you, and i wasnt planning on leaving until this is resolved, my plan was to get all my partners their money, make sure they will pay us for the last month in question and leave on the first or last day of a month so we can migrate to another company that is a little more reliable. I just hope they see the bigger picture and that their selfishness is never going to work in this kind of industry
