Hi guys i wanted to know if i can get my personal YouTube URL without 500 subs, because i am starting on YouTube and it will be very hard to get 500 subs.

For a custom URL, you'll need 100 subs and also meet the other channel requirements:

I have all those qualification and still they didn't tell me that I am eligible for a custom URL.

Yeah, I didn't get a notification either. Have you looked at your Advanced settings on your YouTube channel to see if you're eligible. On your channel, click your avatar at the top right corner, then click the little gear icon. Then click the Advanced link next to your avatar.[DOUBLEPOST=1451324446,1451324373][/DOUBLEPOST]
It's not 500...I don't have 500 and I have a custom URL.
