What logo and what operating system are you running? If its Windows 7 and right after the Windows 7 logo I have had the same issue a few times and its been graphics card related, it is usually the graphic card. You could try taking it out and putting it back in its slot and making sure the wires are all plugged in properly.

to tell you the truth i don't know. one day i shut my pc down and it never opened back upI am wondering what changed in your BIOS nowPCI to AGP accidentally perhaps is all I can think of
