Request (Paying) Need a custom forum badge

Hello, i'm looking for a designer that can create a forum badge exactly like these:
(examples are in the bottom of the thread)

But with the words "Elites Guardians", Different colors are preferred and also it has to be animated like the ones in the example above!
Also we can discuss how much this would cost me, considering it will be at the same size.

I'm willing to pay before you get the job done, Also i need this in a maximum of 2 days.

Hopefully I'm not too late, but I'm also interested in taking this on for a small price. What colors do you prefer and what do you want an animation of? I want to make sure I make something you really want.
