Partnership email spam

I get like 1 or 2 partnership opportunities in my emal which seem like spam. They are just generic along the lines of 'Hi I have seen your channel and you have lots of potential, we would like to offer you a partnership oppurtinity with us...' I mean as far as I know networks don't even ask people to join, its the other way around? I was just wondering if getting emails like this is normal. Its not like Im big channel at all, proving even more that its just spam emails.
 
Hmm I'm not too sure they are probably scams there is a section in the forums though about networks and they have a list of scam networks maybe you could have a look there xx
 
I got two of those on my youtube messages, I ignored them as hell! because they are literally the same, just different network name!
 
yeah they all spam you, it's annoying, if your looking for a deal I would look at those that are happy with their network and see their experiences

yeah if you want to join any of these networks make sure you ask people that have been there for a min so they can tell you the pros and cons
