Partnering with awesomenesstv?

I doing my research on many networks as I'm at the point I want to join one after making videos for a while and deciding I want to keep it up for a long time.

I came across awesomenesstv and have spoken with someone who's partnered with them but want to get some more opinions. What's the benefits and disadvantages of the network? And is it worth joining with them? Thanks

Me too, this is the first I have heard about this, they're known for taken on very, very small YouTubers, but do release those who are under 18, but never have I heard them being legally in trouble.
