Partnered with a Network not in my country of residence, is this okay?

Hello, I just got partnered with Paramaker (Maker Studios)! I reside in the U.S. and the network Paramaker is Brazilian (I think), in addition almost all text (except the contract) was in Portuguese (detected by Google Translate). I had to keep copying the text and pasting it into Google Translate in order to understand and review the information. Will this be an issue? Do you see any issues with this?

NOTE: During the 'partner questionnaire' it asked country of residence and I put U.S.

It would have said it somewhere within the terms & conditions when you reviewed the information if that you were out of Brazil etc that the partnership couldn't apply to you. However, if it does state that it's okay & you do get accepted even after stating you live in the US for your country of residence, then it should be okay. Only problems I see with it is your communication with them since you both have different languages to share to one another.

I was thinking that most of my communications would be with Maker Studios instead of Paramaker since they're the ones providing the 'extra' crap like royalty free music and sound effects. Alright, I guess we will have to see what happens!

As others have said, it might be a better idea to go for an English counterpart, maybe such as RPM. I would recommend doing that. They're also a branch off Maker studios.

Thanks guys! I am switching over to RPM Network(s) right now (Haven't legally signed with the Brazilians yet nor have I linked with their CMS)! Thanks everyone!
