Hello Everyone,
Recently (20/03/2015) i contracted support about my contract coming to an end. They offered me a new upgraded contract which i signed and got confimation that they signed it too. 5 days ago my contract come to an end and i expected that the new contract that i signed would come into play. However since that date (5/04/15) it appears that i am no longer partnered. When i log on to the dashboard i get the "Apply Now" message. When i logon to Youtube i appear to still be partnered with MakerGen. I have contracted support 5 days ago and not yet recived a reply? What do you suggest i do?
