Could someone tell me the best program for editing a thumbnail for video? I just recently got partnership and currently designing my thumbnails and wanted to know where my options are, photoshop? Ill be putting myself on with a background (the general design)

I used that free Photoshop for a long time. But I just started using Adobe Photoshop C34 or something like that. I always do the thumbnail at 640x360 that way it looks better if the video is put on a website at full size.

I use Macromedia Fireworks it's really simpel to use.

I work with Paint shop pro 12 it works alot like Photo Shop but no were near the same price
