Partner Networks Getting Saturated?

Just curious, I have been hearing a lot from people saying they are not hearing back from any networks.
After application, they are hearing nothing.
I have applied to a couple, but it hasn't been that long.
Are people experiencing a total lack of communication?
If so, do you think all the new partners are causing the networks to be flooded with interest?

Yes they are littered with applications so they have to sort through each channel fpr copyright strikes and then come up qith a split and deal with forms not getting filled out right and on top of all that the thousands of questions there asked daily and they dont work weekends usually so they are wayyy backed up
