Owning more than one channel

Suppose that I had only one channel registered to adsense account. And later on, I had a second channel that isn't for monetization. And when google finds out that I own more than one channel, would they be like

"Oh, your adsense account didn't mention that you own more than one channel. I'm afraid we're gonna have to suspend your adsense account for now"

Is it possible to work on a second different channel (non-monetization) without notifying google about it after you have registered your main channel (monetization) to adsense? Or will they punish you for that?

Does google have a rule that states once you have registered to adsense, all your future new channels needs to be linked to your adsense account even if you don't intend to monetize the videos from the new second channel?

You can work on your second channel without worries. They will not punish you.

No, they do not have such a rule.
