Request Overlay for my 100th video!

I've Got It
So, my next upload is my number 100, and i want to do make it more special then it already is. I want people to have the ability to skip to a specific part, just by clicking a button on the top of my video. If you would like to take the challenge, PM for more info on it. I would highly appreciate it, and i would ofc give you a shoutout!
 
That's cool, I wouldn't begin to know how to do that btw congratulations on turning out a hundred videos, that's some dedication! :)
