some is fotoshoped ( clouds) and no idea who drew it tbh, i found it, and modifed it to my taste till it fitted wish i could credit to who ever drew the rest though!

Though for video, you should consider adding a movie of clouds (if that's what you want) as the background, instead of a static image

You might also want to work on the red text a bit more: the colour is a little off putting in contrast to the background, and the font and flat style of the text doesn't really fit in with the graphic and "3d" feel of the background.
