Organization Techniques - Keep Everything Neat & Tidy.

I can't believe I forgot to mention Encryption. I'll fix that up now.[DOUBLEPOST=1399366359,1399366205][/DOUBLEPOST]And now we can all stop focusing on that tiny bit of information that I left out and continue with the rest of the article. Cheers.
Indeed! If you do fairly complex (or even simpleish) videos, some software worth downloading is Post Hast, just set it up once and it'lll save time in the long run.

I think you mean Post Haste (by digital rebellion). Googling Post Hast and Post Hast software didn't bring up anything for me.

It depends on how many passwords you use. If like me you have gazillions, it is worth using.
TrueCrypt you can also use with your hard disk. You don't have to keep the volume on a USB, and it works nicely too.
Alternatively use PGP or GPG to encrypt a single file and decrypt it every time you need to access it..

Thanks for that, I haven't found a program that will do the one file, that's a lot better.

That just reminded me, KeepPass is a very good program for storing passwords for anyone looking to store them within encrypted databases:

What I have is organised mess.
Like, I know EXACLTY where all my stuff is, but any invalid person would have some issues. :P

And I store all my bazillion passwords in my brain, and use the trial and error method if I get some of them wrong ;)

thanks. Looks like something worth investigating!

Lastpass is the best for storing passwords. I just press a button and lastpass puts my username and password in for me, makes logging in 10x easier.
