Opinions on Sony Movie Studio 11?

Even though Sony Movie Studio 11 is older, I have heard good things about it. I could buy it for $19.99. What do you guys think??

I hear good things about it for an older product. Not to mention being able to acquire it for 20 bucks can't hurt its case.
