Opinions on my laptop?

I mean i've had it since December 2012 so it won't matter now but i just like to see what y'all think about it. I got it for £400 and i haven;t done anything to it (Add parts etc). System Requirements Lab has said that it can't play Many Games such as Skyrim, Saints Row 4 and Just Cause 2 but i can and i honestly don't think i've ever had lag. Apart from getting real hot it seems fine. There's so many variations of it this one had the closest specs but mine has 6gb ram not 8.www . amazon. co . uk /HP-Pavilion-g6-2380sa-Notebook-Processor/dp/B00B65PTH2

It's alright, but I've always had a strong hate for windows laptops because all the ones I've had never seem to be able to game or edit..

I'm not personally going to give an opinion on the specs as I feel like I would just try and rip it for being a laptop but it looks decent for the cost and if you say you're happy with it and that you're able to do what you want to with it then I don't see why you would need to see what other people think of it :)

It's a nice laptop, but unless you need the portability, a desktop was a better option. I'm also surprised you can game without lag on that thing. Doesn't seem to be a dedicated GPU on it.

What exactly are you planning to do with it? If you are asking our opinion on gaming, you should be fine. If you want to edit videos, it'll depend on what software you're using. Though, down the road you'll hit some problems, if not sooner.

my laptop is 5 years old or so, much worse than yours. I only have 4gb Ram and a s****y graphics card, but I manage to play all the latest games on it fine with no lag and edit with no problem. Wel I say no problem the only thing that bugs me is it can take 8 hours to render a video of 15mins+ but I can live with that for now. I use Sony Vegas pro 12 for editing an its fine. So I would say your laptop is perfectly fine. I would happily have that one over mine

I use a windows laptop and it does me fine for gaming and editing but it's just the hard core stuff it can't do

I think mine was just a really cheap one that my Mother bought me for Christmas 1 year, it couldn't really do much just it was my first new laptop so yano.. wasn't going to really be anything very impressive ;D

I started from a laptop too. A Pre-historic one. It was given to me on 2009. It had the first AMD mobile cpu (Athlon II 64) a 2GB ram, and a s****y integrated graphics. xD Started with my channel with that, and yeah. xD Bought my PC so I can improve in YouTube. xD

If it has i5-3230m, then it's good since Intel HD graphics isn't that bad, if you're mobile.

Seems like a decent laptop. I think the igp gets a bad reputation but I can vouch for its performance. Its no 1080p gaming machine but it is more than capable for handling most games and some video editing
