Hello! I would like to capture videos by OBS. The video length is 30-50 minutes. How big size video file could be with good video quality?

Depends how high you set your bitrate. Generally it will be very low, maybe max 5GB

Much more than just bitrate, including audio/video quality, resolution, cpu preset and encoding, and also if you are going to be using a custom x264.

Indeed, I have no clue what any of his settings are though so can't comment on that.
