One of my pinned comments isn't showing up

The pinned comment on my most popular video is not showing up. When I watched the video on my phone, it did not appear at the top of the comments. I have a TeeSpring link in the comment and I'm guessing that is the reason Youtube isn't showing it? But that seems strange, as I thought Youtube and Teespring were affiliated in some way. When I had a different pinned comment on that video (one with no link), it got thousands of likes. After hundreds of thousands of views, this comment has two likes (and one is from me lol). Does anyone have any feedback about why this is?

YouTube commonly auto deletes (hides) comments with links in them, especially if that is the only thing in the comment. This commonly happened on my channels. I, as the channel owner, would see the comment and then be asked if I wanted to approve it for public display. Almost all the time it was spam and I would not only not approve it but delete it.

Add-on comment: Have you gone into your channel dashboard and seen if it is there waiting for your approval?

There is no approval waiting. They're just not showing it. Your assessment is probably right. I'll likely delete the comment and just keep the link in the video description. So disappointing. So many eyes could be seeing this!
