Hello,

I want to start making omegle video chat videos but would I be allowed to record and publish those videos without permission from the other person (people)? I've seen some big channels have it and some people disconnect so I'm not sure if they contact them afterwards or publish even without consent.

How would they contact the people afterwards if its over Omegle? Pretty sure its all done without consent. My guess is you'd be able to post it, but the problem you face is that if one the people you've recorded sees the video and wants it taken down, you have no fallback because you never got permission from the person in the first place.
