OK Im Ready!

I've been wanting to ask for feedback for a long time, But I've been too afraid to. I want to get better at youtube in general and I feel like there's no better people to ask for things I can improve on.

I make gaming videos but also sing and play guitar.

I wanna know if the formatting on my channel looks professional.
I'm curious to know which thumbnails of mine look to be the most attractive.
I'm curious about the appearance of my banner art and how I might be able to improve it.
and last but certainly not least quality of video content. (ofc if your into games, or acoustic guitar)

I know its a bit much but those are the things I've been thinking about the most. lately.

If you want you can rate each topic out of ten with a short description to your reasoning.

Its up to you if you want to help with all, some or just one of the topics.

But there is no way to improve without outside help that's for sure xD

I always feel bad for not sugarcoating but I feel like the point of this all is to help people improve, sooo:
Learning how to hit everything, and Doomrim part 6 have good thumbnails. pic of the content, CHECK, a tiny bit of the text, CHECK, your reaction face, CHECK.
Most of the others either have too much stuff on it or just dont match up and the parts of thumbnail dont fit each other.

Banner's actually pretty cool. I would only change the avatar so that its not a copy pase of a part of the banner.

Gameplays: not my thing but your commentary is pretty well done and unlike most of the people, I dont click away cos of it. (I click away cos I dont watch gameplays lol) But yeah, 8/10 for this.

Singing: Im so effing picky when it comes to this dude I dont know if you want my opinion. Since Im super picky, take it with a grain of salt, alright? Not the biggest fan cos:
1) You're partly singing through your nose. Work on it.
2) You're not singing with your diaphragm, work on it.
3) You're holding back and singing with maybe 50-60% of what you really got.

Im actually not just talking out my butt, I have some musical education and I THINK* I know a bit about singing.
Then again, i could be totally wrong. Take all of this with a grain of salt. Hope this helps man!

Thanks for the Input on the thumbnails. Hearing that a lot of my thumbnails may be too busy and doesn't fit tells me a lot. I greatly appreciate you giving me an example of something that you feel looks appealing. I'm going to use that thumbnail as a base for all my other thumbnails and definitely take you checklist into consideration.

I always thought my avatar and banner needed to be similiar but I agree they should not be identical. I'm not quite sure how yet but im going to change my avatar for now even if its just my face untillI figure out how exactly im going to adjust it.

Thanks for the one up on commentary. tbh with you its something I always thought I lacked so its very reassuring.

The singing part of my channel will actually be removed and placed on a diffrent channel im creating so that I can remain more consistent with what I upload.

However, that doesn't mean it's not important

1. I've been told this actually and with your experience, I would like to ask u if you have any techniques on how to adjust.

2 & 3 are most likely products of my attention being split from reading, playing and singing at once which makes it difficult to focus on one thing in particular (ie quality reduction in everything xD). But now that im aware of it I might be able to adjust.
