OBS Help?

Whenever I try to run OBS, I get a message saying that
A)My Directx is not updated.
B) That my Graphic Card is out of date.
C) Some other I don't remember
I have an Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family Graphic Card.
Is that not good enough?

Unfortunately it may not be Integrated graphics cards are generally not very good. You should try updating DirectX through Windows Update, and hopefully that'll work. Sorry if it doesn't

I have the newest version of directx. Do you know any graphic cards under 100$ that would be suitable for this?

A quick search gave me the ATI Radeon HD 6770 as a suggestion. You've got to look a bit into it, as there are possible complications like how powerful your power source is, and if it'll fit in your case. I definitely think it's possible to get something nice enough in that budget range though

Im sorry but a $100 graphics card wouldn't be enough, streaming is very demanding. Not only on your gpu but also on your cpu, you need to make sure you have a good cpu as well.

Oh. Would it be easier to stream from an Elgato or something? Would that require the same things?

Streaming requires a powerful (doesn't have to the state of the art) computer to run a good quality stream. You need a fast processor, RAM, etc. not just a Graphics card, of course having a good one helps as well You also want to make sure you have a fast upload speed for your stream.

Of course this all depends on what you are streaming.

I'd be streaming some CoD and some PC Games, and I've streamed from the ingame stream on CoD, so my internet is good, so it must be my comp...
