Nvidia Shadowplay

I've Got It
Hey peeps,

I'm using Nvidia Shadowplay at this point to record my Let's Play videos, but the only problem is that I have to record my voice after I recorded the gameplay.

I used to have Fraps, but that eats memory and disk space :(

You peeps have any thoughts about Nvidia Shadowplay? ;)

Yes, I liked it so far. As it records in 62fps at 1080P. I have yet to try it while skype is running. If you want to record live commentary you will need external recording software like audacity. My only issue is that when editing the ShadowPlay footage in Premiere, I have to pass it through Handbrake, otherwise the audio goes out of sync because Premiere can't handle anything above 60fps lol[DOUBLEPOST=1384438891,1384438819][/DOUBLEPOST]For now, it's probably the best free legit software you can get for recording gameplay on PC. + it has that auto record which you can set to 20mins and even at the lowest quality it still records at 15mbps which is more than enough for editing purposes.[DOUBLEPOST=1384439014][/DOUBLEPOST]Actually I forgot to mention I did a recent channel update and used ShadowPlay to record the game footage. But that's where I had to use Handbrake.

Yups, I might try some external software program, but for now I record my voice afterwards and try not to sounds dull. I try to make it sound like it is live commentary ;) But I'll check the software ;)

As for Skype, when someone calls you you can hear it in the background :(

That's good, it means it can record your friends too :D Also faking live commentaries, people may notice as live commentaries are done for the live reactions. For now I'll stick to using the C985 even though it can only record at a variable 29-30fps >.>
